It was bigger than what I expected, which was good but since it came with an extra strap to use it as a cross body, it did not come with the hole rings to clip them on to. I have clipped them onto the slider of the zipper but I'm afraid that with whatever weight I put on it it will tear the zipper right off.

This item was purchsed in July 25, 2014 and I used it a total of about 4 times. The clip for the strap broke after using it twice and the sholder strap completly broke by the 4th usage. Because I change purses every day I did not use this purse often but I do not think the handle should have broken after the 4th time! I can't send it back because time is up, the bag is pretty but not made to last or hold anything, very disappointed.

The inside frame came apart quickly. (a couple months) The purse ended up with no side support at all. I loved this purse until that happened.

It is OK. The wrinkles from packing haven't worked out yet so when the purse isn't zipped, it sags in the middle. It's a good value but I am disappointed that the plastic has not yet recovered from the packing.

This purse is great is large. I use it as a carry all.

It is a little large than I thought but it will handle everything when needed, so I will keep it
