Beautiful set at a reasonable cost!
This set arrived in a few days, much earlier than anticipated! The seats are firm but the backs are the perfect blending of firm but comfortable! Very easy to put together and lock in place, just make sure you put the right backs on the right seats 😊 they all come together in their intended box, but after delivery we opened the boxes and carried it in seperately, I am an RN and my back is as you would expect and this is PERFECT for a 5'4" woman, and curves to your back and body perfectly! Boyfriend is 6' 1" and he loves it too! Give it a shot, I dont think you will be disappointed! Delivery was fast and kept in contact and soon as it shipped!

Good: I like the color, it was easy to put together by myself with no problemd Bad: came with a stain (picture) on one arm...I have dogs so I keep a blanket on the couch so its covered but still very annoying for a new couch. Overall I am pleased with this set, for the cost, the shipper was extremely helpful in finding a new transporter who could deliver inside extremely quickly...I ordered on Sunday and have it now on Friday.

Very good experience with seller, great communication with the delivery! I got a text right after I purchased to set up a delivery time. They were flexible with the time and date. The delivery people texted and sent a tracking #. The set is exactly as shown, nice material and quality. Comfortable. Not much assembly, very simple. 2 boxes that weigh 200 lbs. each. Height recommend this seller!

Garbage
Don’t waste your money. The handle on the love seat recliner broke on the 1st day as soon as I touched it. I’m furious that I spend my money on this cheaply made product. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

It’s exactly as described and exactly what I wanted delivered early, it came early and delivered when they said. Couch is perfect color and extremely comfortable

Not durable enough
Set was nice and comfortable but after two years, it looks bad and one of the recliners broke. I really was hoping that it would last more years like our last set which we bought from Ashley Furniture.

Great sofas loved them
I love my new reciners the color everything looks beautiful!! Easy to assemble all pieces where their !! Delivery sucked !! Left my sofas in the st not even in the side walk or balcony I had to call for help and the boxes where extremely heavy & it was raining ! Over all I love everything !! A bit stiff but just until we settle it !

Awesome service
I was out of country when came came, return window was closed. Such an expensive sofa set. The middle back of the loveseat does not have proper fixtures. The holes where the screws go inside are missing. The stepper immediately took action and sent me all the missing parts of the sofa. It worked and sofa is in perfect shape now. Thank you
