I was told my experts that my laptop had a battery issue. I purchased a new laptop and was having them download all the data from carbonite. Then, it dawned on me the problem may not be my computer but the battery cord! I purchased this product and it worked great... I will be going tomorrow to tell Geeksqad that my instincts were correct and I was able to fix the problem and will now just have to pay a re-stocking fee... not $1,300 for a new laptop and all the work to re-install the emails!!!! I bought this to keep as a spare in my laptop bag. I like to keep one installed at my desk through the conduit so I don’t have to ever remove it. This is one that I take with me. It was a nice price ($20 vs. $60) compared to buying a genuine Lenovo version. It seems solid with some weight to it so I’d like to think that is good build quality. So far it has been working fine.

Our original equipment charger fell apart at the plug into the laptop. A generic charger would not fit, but we found one made specifically for our make and model. It was reasonably priced and arrived on time. It worked. We computed.

The shape of the end is easy to identify it as the adapter for the laptop. However, it is a bit clunky. The replacement was needed because the wire got frayed when it was run over by a vacuum. The replacement works just fine.

My original Lenovo charger stopped functioning after 11 months - this was because of the wire getting worn out at the place it connects to the adapter, because I was bending it frequently when putting my charger away. Thus, I purchased this charger. It arrived promptly and there were no issues with it, but 3 months after my purchase, the charger suddenly stopped working. I had been making sure to keep the wire-adapter region straight when putting the charger away, and there were no visual defects I noticed when the charger stopped working.

A very good deal for replacing an AC Adapter that the puppy chewed. AND, it came really fast!! Thank you!!!

It's been working well for several years on my Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4.

This product literally just died on me, after minimal use over the last few months. I bought it as a charger for the house, so I could leave the factory-issued one at work. I have used it maybe 15 times since I've bought it, and it's been in the same spot too. No need for extra durability or anything, and this thing has just stopped working.Totally unimpressed.
