I had a cervical fusion surgery and needed something to stabilize my back and neck and still be comfortable! This was perfect. I bought one in Walmart before surgery and it was way too small. This is sturdy, comfortable, and stabilized my neck!

The velvety feeling material is a bit too hot on my back so I wish they had covered it in something cooler feeling. But I have a tendency to be warm anyway so this may not be an issue for other people. I bought the average size and although I fit in it I would have liked it go be roomier and higher. The roll pillow is not comfortable on my neck so I use it for my lower back support. My head comes to the very top of the pillow without the roll attached. I find I often need to place a small travel pillow behind my neck for more support. But in general, it's way more comfortable than stacking up pillows for reading in bed, and I use it every night. The handle makes it very easy for me to remove when making the bed.

I have a bad back and whenever I travel I need something to support my back. This pillow worked perfectly and with another small pillow, gave my back good support.

I really wanted to love this product and was hoping for the additional back support when reading. There is too much stuffing in this product, making it awkward and lacking support. I imagine a larger person would de-puff the pillow when leaning against it, but as a 5 foot tall, 105 lb woman I'd have to jump on it to bring it down some. I will continue to use in spurts and hope that comfort increases as I "break it in". It's just ok right now.

Post shoulder surgery, sleep was a problem until my surgeon suggested this type of product. I researched and am so glad I purchased this one. It is perfect and greatly aided my sleep and recovery. Delivered very quickly, excellent packaging, and quality materials. I am 5’4” and it is perfect. I’m not sure if a six foot guy would be comfortable, though. Maybe.

Amazing reading pillow! I love the feel of the fabric, the support of the back rest and the adjustable head rest or lower back support. I also use the head rest under my knees for a little extra support. I would definitely recommend this product.
