What a terrible way to pack a great-looking bag! The KAKA US Official Store packaged the bag by folding it at the center, creating permanent damage to the bag. I'm sharing this so that they can take care of the packaging for future customers. I asked for a replacement. I hope they send it this time without folding it.

I really like the look of the backpack and for most things it does what I need it to. I do wish it expanded a little more and offered some sort of organization in the pockets.

Great computer bag to travel

I love the bag quality, but i was so disappointed that the bag just come in a tight transparent plastic bag. The bag is totally deformed as it is folded in half in the package. I have to keep holding it straight so that the bag structure can reform back into its original shape.
