Very good steps, Cords and Components return policy... Not so good.
I ordered steps from "Cords and Components" and the shipment was took a lot longer than usual Amazon items. The steps are well made and are a real improvement over the stock steps. However, on my Jayco 25 RKS they did not allow the door to close. Even after cutting down the screen door and removing the threshold. I ordered the similar Liebert steps and they fit fine. In returning the steps to "Cords and Components" they charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping back. What a ripoff. If you are going to charge something like that on items purchased sight unseen (as most items are on Amazon) then state your return policy in the ad for the item. Not hide it until an item is returned. Deceptive.

Did not fit our Jayco!!!
Did not fit our 2012 Jayco Jayflight BH28! Love the steps but research a LOT before buying to make sure they will fit your camper. We tried every way we could to install but would have had to shave the bottom of our door for the door to shut all the way while the steps were out. Even called Jayco & went to local RV dealer with same results. We did not want to shave the door so we ended up returning the steps.They did have great customer service and spoke with us several times, walking us through the install procedures. Very easy return process as well.

Many aspects about this design may cause it not to fit your door.Also design dumps whatever dirt is on it into the trailer when stowed.Well built though.

Camper steps buy more ride
I love these steps and everybody that Camp Smith me they love them too my wife gets up in the middle of the night has to go outside camper doesn't move it all I love that no more shaking

Love these stairs!!!
WAAY better than the tiny flimsy steps that come on the camper. The directions are not specific to the camper, but they are good enough to get a novice through an install.

Great product, horrible seller
After using the fit guide from Morryde I determined that model # STP2-27-01H was what I needed for my 2020 Freedom Express. My RV required the straight feet as reflected in the sellers listing to allow the door to close. After installing the steps I discovered that I was sent the incorrect feet. I reached out to Aspen Ridge looking to have them replaced, and got nothing but the run around. They told me that Morryde managed the listing and the image was "just an idea of what the product looked like". I informed them that I expect the product that they reflect on the listing since there is a model with the angled feet. After multiple emails, and images sent to them I got an email that asked what I expected out of them. So rude, and unhelpful. I've decided to go through Morryde and get the help that I need.The steps are worth every penny to ease the entrance and exit from my RV, but I would rather pay more to deal with a better company.

Don't go by the picture or description
The steps came in and the install was easy, until I went to put the feet on, they were not the same as the picture and added height to step ( had to dig hole to put feet on, also cannot close the door when storing the steps to travel, you will have to move the feet) I had several emails with seller and all they would do is refund me minus shipping and restocking fee, which was almost half the price between the two. I will have to cut off the bend on each foot and mount the swivel to the straight feet.

Good design, poor quality control, no attention to details but stout!
Good design, very poor instruction that do not match the product now being made. Many screws not tight and rivets not tight. Must be made in China with no real oversight, typical.
