I have been using this water out supplement for about two week , I take it as instructed on the bottle with food .I take mine in the morning with my breakfast. Since taking this I have noticed less bloating I only take within days I know I don't gave much to do outside because I definitely use the bathroom more often ,I like this supplement it is easy on the stomach I haven't had negative side effects .

Didn’t Work
took these for over 2 months, and never saw any reduction in the amount of fluid being held by my body. I reached out to the seller for a refund, under their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I never heard from them.

WOW...Don't Take This Before Bed
When I saw this product contains dandelion, I thought it might help me periodically shed some temporary water weight. Dandelion makes me pee like a racehorse. And this "Water Out Supplement 8,500mg with Dandelion" didn't disappoint.My mistake was taking one of the capsules at 10pm last night to see if it would have an effect on me. I got up 3 times to go to the bathroom during my 5 and 1/2 hours of sleep. And I've been going every couple of hours during the day.So that's how my body reacts to just one of these capsules. Of course, everyone is different so your mileage may vary. But I'm impressed!

I started using this water supplement two weeksI feel that I’m urinate more but not in a massive wayI think it takes a long time to see huge difference in kidney health and urinate systemBut overall it’s ok .. no side effects
