I love a company that DELIVERS on its claims
Tree to Tub Biotin Fine Hair Thickening Shampoo fulfilled every single claim. I'm going to go all fan boy here, but only because a company who delivers what it claims is so rare today. This shampoo... hey, I'm an older guy Okay? I've been around a Long time with the same pain the the behind hair. Very fine, no body or wave.... just super fine straw, okay? All I can do is be very careful how I wash it, use a good amount of some kind of dippity do gunk to hold it in place, or I end up looking like Moe Howard from the Three Stooges. Actually I end up looking like Moe anyway. NOTHING has ever worked for me, and I've been to great salons... heck I even dated Stylists who owned their own salon twice in my life. So, I've used the best "products", had meticulous haircuts, the whole thing and ended up looking like one of the Stooges. This shampoo... I've only used it once, so if it changes I'll come back, but today I had someone else's hair. No exaggeration. Full... beautifully shiny and thick... and FREAKING Manageable! Unbelievable people. I'm sitting here feeling my hair and instead of the stiff, straight, dead grass I used to have, this feels like Sable and Silk mixed together or something. I just bought another bottle in case the price goes up due to my review. Plus, it has all the ingredients which I already know help keep my hair from thinning and falling out. — My greatest compliments to this company. I really love it when I find a great company, and you guys are on my list of only about 4 or 5.HERE'S A GREAT TIP— I read reviews about it not lathering enough. What you want to do is start by rinsing your hair for a much longer time than just getting it wet. THEN pump out one or two pumps and it lathers like mad. At least it did for me. And speaking of that, my hair is my hair. Yours is yours— they're all different. So maybe you won't go stark raving mad for your hair like I have after using this shampoo. But I guarantee it's worth trying. You might go nuts too!

A Great Entry Point for Natural Shampoos
I've never used a natural shampoo before, but I recently decided to stop using sulfates and silicones in order to help tame my hair a little bit. I really, really like this stuff. I've used it 4 times now (I wash every other day, so it's been roughly a week), and my hair feels softer already. I can't wait to keep using it and see just how much better my life is without SLS and silicone. This comes in a pump bottle, but I found for my medium (chin-) length hair that I typically need somewhere between one and two pumps per wash. Using this shampoo is a little different than your typical drugstore shampoo. With a lot of other shampoos, when you lather the first time you get a pretty good amount of suds, and then when you repeat you get an even thicker foam. This shampoo takes that to the extreme. The first time you lather, not much happens. I was actually really disappointed--it was hard to spread through my hair, leaving parts of it feeling dry and other still dirty/oily. But when I repeated, it foamed like crazy! Way more than a regular shampoo would. You definitely have to lather, rinse, and repeat to get the full effect. Aside from that, the experience is very similar to standard shampoo. The shampoo says to leave it on for 2 minutes, which I found unnecessary. Maybe it helps for the "thickening" that it claims, but it gets your hair clean without that. The smell is great, very woodsy and herbaceous. You can definitely smell the rosemary in it.As far as cons go, I have little to report. It's expensive for the amount of product you get, but it isn't outrageous. It also made my hair feel extra prone to tangling in the shower, but I was able to detangle with some conditioner and it wasn't a problem. If you have a real tough time with tangles, be extra careful while lathering.

My scalp is happy
I have been no poo or low poo for years (if you don't know what that means, no poo means no shampoo or infrequent shampooing). I love the way baking soda gets my hair really clean but I do not like the way it messes with the ph of my scalp. This shampoo was exactly what I was looking for.I use quite a lot of different products in my hair depending on what I'm doing (heat protector, texturizer, hair spray, dry shampoo, etc). I try not to wash my hair every day. My challenge has been that I have very thin, straight hair so unlike y'all that have thick hair, going a day without shampooing leaves my hair flat and not attractive. As it is, the thin hair requires product so it doesn't seem so thin. Hair products, especially volume building, are made to bind to the hair and increase fullness. This also means that cleaning it off your hair is difficult. Baking soda does an amazing job at getting any hair product off, but as it is very alkaline baking soda messes with the ph of your scalp. But since I've started using this shampoo after the baking soda my hair has never been better. I also use their conditioner and find that I hardly have any split-ends any more. This shampoo is gentle enough to use every day or every two or three days (with the help of some dry shampoo for this thin hair lady).
