Great for new and old scars
I ordered this 8 pack of silicone Scar sheets from Soonuly to use on a new scar from recent surgery. They worked so well I have also started using them on an old surgery scar.I have used multiple scar gels/creams over the years with moderate sucess but I will now use silicone scar sheets in the future. I asked my surgeon prior to use and he instructed me on the proper time to use scar sheets. Made of medical grade Silicone these scar sheets are simple to cut and apply. I can normally use each piece at least twice and I appreciate they are reusable. I have minimal scaring from my most recent surgery and I am seeing improvement in older scars after using these scar sheets. My brother has a neck surgery coming up and I will be ordering these for him to use. These are great to have on hand and use as needed.

Easy to use, comfortable
These are easy to use and cut to different sizes as needed. Comfortable to wear. Can't speak to their long-term effectiveness, but similar products have worked for me before and I have good hopes for this one as it seems good quality.

They do not stick well,
These are not good silicone scar tape. I’ve used a few different brands and this was just not a good brand. They did not stay on for long. I did not have any type of oil on my arm. I washed my arms very well let them dry and they still did not stick. Well, I had Stitches on my arm and these did not work well for me

Great product to keep at home in case of accidents.
I bought these silicone scar sheets to help with some old surgery scars on my abdomen. They are easy to apply and stay on well. They are also comfortable and flexible. I have been using them for a few weeks and I can see some improvement in the appearance and texture of my scars. They are less red and raised. I hope they will fade even more with continued use. I recommend these scar sheets to anyone who wants to reduce their scars.

Hmm
I've been wearing these a couple weeks over an arm scar and I'm not sure how much it actually does besides protecting it from added sun exposure. I started to get a little tan around where the tape was and opted to stop wearing them. I didn't want to end up with a scar and a weird rectangle tan. Not sure if more progress would be seen if worn for longer but suncreen may work the same.

It has lots of benefits and seems to be a quality product.
These are basically thin, flexible, and adhesive strips of silicone that you apply directly on your scar area. They are supposed to create a protective barrier that prevents infection, reduces inflammation, and inhibits the growth of excess scar tissue. They also claim to provide gentle pressure that can flatten and smooth out the scar. The package comes with 8 sheets that measure 5.9 x 1.57 inches each. You can cut them to fit your scar size and shape. They are supposed to last for up to 10 days each, and you can wash and reuse them as long as they stick well. The instructions say that you should use them for at least 6 weeks for new scars and 4 months for old scars. To use them, first you have to clean and dry your scar area. Then you peel off the protective film from one side of the sheet and stick it on your scar. You press it gently to make sure it adheres well. Then you peel off the other protective film from the top of the sheet. And that's it. You just leave it on for up to 24 hours before removing it and washing it with mild soap and water. You can reapply it after letting it air dry.I have to say that the application process is pretty easy and painless. The sheets are very soft and flexible, and they conform well to the contours of your skin. They don't feel sticky or greasy at all. They also don't irritate or itch my skin, which is a plus. But do they actually work? Well, I have been using them on two scars: one on my arm from a surgery I had a few months ago, and one on my leg from a bike accident I had when I was a kid. The one on my arm is still red and raised, while the one on my leg is white and flat. After using the sheets for about 2 weeks, I have noticed some improvement on both scars. The one on my arm has become lighter in color and smoother in texture. The one on my leg has become softer and less noticeable. Of course, they are not completely gone, but they do look better than before.I'm not sure if they will continue to improve over time, or if this is the best result I can get. But I'm willing to keep using them for another month or two to see if there's any more change. So, what do I think of these silicone scar sheets by Soonuly? Well, I think they are a decent product that can help with some types of scars. They are easy to use, comfortable to wear, and relatively affordable. They are not a miracle cure, but they do make a difference. However, they are not perfect either. There are some drawbacks that you should be aware of before buying them:- They don't stick very well on curved or hairy areas of your body. They tend to peel off or slide around easily.- They don't work well on very large or deep scars. They might not cover the entire scar area or provide enough pressure.- They don't work well on very old or stubborn scars. They might not have any effect at all.- They don't work well on keloid scars. These are the type of scars that grow beyond the original wound and form thick lumps of tissue. These require more aggressive treatment than silicone sheets. So, if you have any of these types of scars, you might want to look for other options or consult your doctor before trying these sheets.Overall, they are not bad, but they are not amazing either. They are worth a try if you have mild to moderate scars that bother you, but don't expect them to erase them completely.
