After using several electric massage tools to reduce the tightness and pain in my lower back. This has been amazing and the besr value for money. I have used the double ball/ peanut shaped roller mostly ro release the muscles and relieve pain .

Great to roll your feed to improve blood flow and relive tight nots in the area! ☺️

These are amazing. As a complementary therapist I was really amazed to feel reflexology points on my feet responding and getting relief from both balls. I also use the lacrosse style ball for trigger point massage on my shoulders. Well worth the money

Just what I needed, hadn't realised the single ball also comes with the peanut roller so that was great. Super quick delivery too.

The little foam ball felt of questionable quality when it arrived, but when I used it fairly gently as described by physio it split open and thousands of bits went everywhere.Can’t seem to get a refund as have to post it back but unsurprisingly I, after a lot of sweeping, threw it in the bin so…no refund.Had it literally 30 seconds.Really poor quality. Not fit for purpose.
