We were not sure about spending this much on a kettle, but it is very good quality (I am a design engineer and appreciate good design and manufacturing) it is quiet and the ability to set water temperature is very nice indeed - exspecially for coffee which. should use water at 90-95C, not boiling Even the damping on the lid as it opens is very nice and gives a feeling of quality and attention to detail

My wife found it so pretty to be used. Although, the parcel looked nice and the shipping was fast.

This item seems to be living up to its reputation - expensive but performing well

An excellent kettle. Very stylish retro look to it. Very light weight and easy press button to open lid. Has a temperature control with a keep warm feature. There’s really nothing not to like about this kettle from quality to design. And a plus to it the seller is highly recommendable. Go for it you won5 be disappointed

Love the style of the smegma kettle and how it works, only down fall is that it is a very heavy kettle, and because I have got arthritis in my hands I can only fill it up to what I can pick up, had it a couple of years now and the lid looks like it is going to flake of the paint work, I thought it would of lasted a lot longer than that

i am very disappointed with this kettle the “blue” is all coming off i just purchased in July it cost £159 so expect from SMEG far better quality ? i would like to return this and to get a Full Refund please get back to me

I bought this kettle for my daughter in-law for Christmas 2025 , she was over the moon and can't praise the kettle enough
