Insect Repellent Permethrin RTU, Trigger Spray, 32 Ounce

I took over a neglected fixer-upper in AR w/out realizing how much work the back yard was going to be. Before I can put in the infrastructure for the permaculture garden paradise I envision w/raised planting beds, compost bays, etc (Love me some Charles Dowding!), I decided I needed to fell and thin the overgrowth of trash trees, mile high muscadine vines, thorny vines, and out-of-control 30' tall relentless invasive privet. Early spring, no problem. Warmer weather, end the day blind sided by ticks and bites from mosquitoes and chiggers. Luckily, someone clued me in to this stuff. I chose this brand simply cuz it was the least expensive. I took a long sleeved over shirt and an old pair of peddle pushers outdoors and hung them on a tree. Following pkg instructions, I sprayed every surface while wearing a mask, rubber gloves, and eye protection. At day's end, I moved them to the garage & hung to further dry overnight. Wore it the next day with knee high boots, a hat with netting, and some good gloves. I dressed this way several times each of the next 4-5 weeks without washing these garments. The label says the poison will last 6 weeks and/or washings but, not wishing to take chances, at week 5, I chose another set of clothes and repeated the process. I've laundered the first set and marked my calendar with a reminder for when to switch off again. I haven't had a tick or a bug bite since that first day. I'm also taking measures to reduce my tick, mosquito, and chigger habitat, but I will always have a bottle of this stuff on hand, no matter how much I hate poison. I regard this stuff as a necessary evil. Pleasant surprise, the spray nozzle thing works consistently well, too!

I keep this bottle on hand during summer and periodically spray our patio area—cushions, camping chairs, grill covers, umbrella, and gasp… exterior patio door, brick wall, cement floor, etc. I don't have a screened-in porch, and in place of one, this spray helps keep those vicious Texas mosquitos at bay. Start off spraying your space once weekly, then cut back when you start noticing a difference. I refresh our sitting space about once every three weeks. Note- it worked so well for our backyard- I replicated the process for our front entryway. I'm refreshing the front door, brick, and cement bi-weekly and hope to reduce further after our exterior foliage gets mosquito-treated. The spray alone has made enough difference that Grub Hub has returned to dropping food off at the door instead of the curb with a text saying pay more and we’ll brave the mosquito war zone to deliver to your landing. That's a win for me.

It has a faint smell and i am not sure how well it worked, but i didn't get malaria et South east asia

First time use and after less than a hundred pumps/sprays the dispenser broke! I have never experienced this happening with a spray bottle 50 years of my life.

I moved my camper to an open field and large ants were everywhere the next time I opened the camper. I sprayed this product all along the edge of the floor and under cabinets. Next time I came out there were a lot of dead ants. It’s been a month since I sprayed and I still haven’t seen a single ant in the camper.

After being wrecked by ticks and chiggers, I was told about Permethrin clothing spray, and hope that it solves the problem this weekend.The Green Armor spray mechanism failed after 15 pumps of the sprayer. Thankfully I had a spray bottle that I could use to finish the job.I may have used too much, but thought I followed the directions to wet the clothing.The coverage seems much lower than indicated on the bottle. I sprayed a call cap, 2 long sleeve shirts, pants, t shirt, and chaps. This used half the bottle. I am not sure how the capacity to do 7 outfits is calculated. I'd estimate 4 outfits. However, it it works as I have been told Permethrin works, it's all good.The tick and chigger episode is not one I want to experience a second time if possible.

I bought this for a friend who had gotten mites in her house from a stray cat that came inside. She sprayed it on her carpet, clothes, mattress, and pillows. She used it several times until the mites were gone, and says it's an excellent product.

I was hesitant because everything says it works but this tea does. I hike a lot with my dogs and I come back clean. They, of course do not.Try it.
