My Brother ink is working perfectly. I use the standard size for both color and black inks because the printer seems to function more reliably that way. I do not print much any more, so this size is perfect for me. Good value because I do not need to skip meals when buying more ink. They are easy to install in the Brother printer that I purchased. There's no need to complain about longevity because they last a good long time when you're getting old like I am. You provide a great product at a comfortable price. Thanks.

Perfect replacement as described

Brother ink cartridges generally work best in Brother printers but DANG are they overpriced.

As with any printer, the warranty is voided if you use cartridges other than those manufactured by the same company. I don't take chances like that, so I use only the Brother cartridges. I have tried printers that you add ink to and they are a good deal IF you do a massive amount of color printing. Me? I only print things out occasionally and when I do, it's normally paperwork. Therefore, the ink was drying out and it just wasn't working for me. I came back to printers that use cartridges, as much as I hated to. I am very satisfied with the number of pages I'm getting with these cartridges and I have no worries about mishaps. They are extremely easy to change, as well. All in all, I find I get value, and ease of use, from this product.

Removing and installing Brother Ink Cartridges for the Brother MFC-J1170DW is very easy. And the first time installing new ink cartridges, I was surprised, there was no need to realign the cartridges. As I needed to do with my HP Printer. I am pleased with the quality and sharpness of the lettering. And the color being true to the original (when making copies) and from a webpage. There is also no smearing. I am pleased with the overall quality of this Brother printer.
