If you are looking to lose weight it’s decent but I think it’s more helpful just for detoxing your system and not losing weight.

I drink it 3 times a day sometimes. I drink a cup with. A meal. Lunch and dinner. If I have a snack at night I drink a half a cup with the snack. Warm or cold.
