Found Broken Dumbbell. Very low quality
The Dumbbell was found broken. It had very thin outside layer of plastic. Inside, it looked like sand/cement without any reinforcement. Don’t buy such products

Price wise, it's good and does the job. But not the best when it comes to quality and durability. It is filled with sand and you can hear it while you workout. It will probably break if you drop it on the ground so handle with care.If you need it for exercises that need to hold it from the handle then it's good otherwise if you need the hold the side then it's probably risky. Also not suitable for over the head exercises. Plus it's not a proper 4kg, more like between 3-3.5kg.
