Love this wrap! Keeps the pack in place and makes the process so much easier and less messy. I also ordered organic cotton flannel and ditched the cotton towel and plastic wrap. Game changer! I use my pack every night and this set up is so much better. Straps are adjustable and very comfortable.

Bought my second one. Use it almost every day. I've been using a castor oil wrap for the past two years. It helps me sleep, helps my kidney function and keeps me warm in the winter! I've washed the first one, it was easy to freshen it up with warm water, baking soda and castile soap, rinsed with vinegar in rinse water. Got this new one since I'm travelling.I like the button feature, keeps it neat against the body and only use it at night.
