As someone who has gotten cold sores since they were a child I wish so badly I had something like this as a kid! It really works! It helps with the pain too, the rritation, dryness, and itchiness as well so it doesn't only cover it!! I'm not gonna lie it does smell kind of medicinal and it's a little strong at first but it's bearable and that fact that it works makes it definitely worth it! I appreciate that the packaging is super small and subtle (youd never know what it was for) and that it has a little mirror too! It should last awhile but ill definitely be buying again when needed! It's got a good consistency and hides it well! So glad I found this!

This stuff is a life saver!! I have family Christmas photos this weekend and of course I ended up breaking out with TWO ugly sores this week of all weeks!! I was in tears because should I really cancel our annual Christmas shoot?!? I immediately went to Amazon to see what I could order that might help hide these nasty Bs and come in time. I took my chances on this and even though it said it wouldn’t be here until the day of our photos it actually came the very next morning! And Thank God because I also hate having to go to work with these on my lip. It does provide good coverage, and I think it all depends on the stage of your cold sore how well it looks. I was already 3 days into mine, so the blisters were already kind of starting to scab over. This stuff combined with some lip liner and lip balm it’s hardly noticeable! I will definitely continue to use this!! It’s also nice that not only does it conceal, it treats the sore as well so it helps heal faster!! Amazing product! Thank you for creating this! Ok so i really needed this product because I hsve work a d I have a cold sire on my nose. Yes. I get them on my nose. Since I was a kid. This stuff isn't cheap. I took a chance. In none of my lives have I been fair. So I got the medium. It arrived and it us very far from medium. It is VERY DARK DOO DOO BROWN. ABSOLUTELY N O T MEDIUM. Dark dark brown. So I obviously can NOT use it. I do not want a poop colored spot on my nose. So this was a very costly lesson. I am not happy. Unusable. Unless you are HalleBerrys color, do not get the medium. Ugh.

I have gotten cold sores for years and am always looking to try something new to help with them. I just got a cold sore recently and wanted to try Coverology. I typically use Compeed cold sore patches with makeup over top of them which does help conceal the cold sore but they aren’t completely invisible and they can fill up with liquid to making you need to reapply. This provides very similar coverage without seeing the shine from the plastic patch and lasting longer. You do still see the texture of your cold sore scab but with makeup over top it blends into my skin very well. I will say that the Compeed patches help with the pain though and help from feeling itchy. I didn’t notice any tingling from the medicine in Coverology. It does seem to stay on very well even overnight and in fact I needed a warm washcloth to get it off completely. It does however feel very dry as in if you move your mouth a certain depending on where you’re cold sore it might feel like your scab cracking. I probably wouldn’t wear it everyday over Compeed patches but for an event or something where you want to look your best I would say it is slightly better in terms of coverage and being longer lasting.

I’m really impressed with Coverology. It actually covers a cold sore without making it look worse — the coverage is smooth, natural, and blends perfectly with makeup.
