changing these rollers out from time to time when they're starting to lock up really does do wonders for the gate and the motor.

The rollers i received were no the quality of the set shown in the image on the site. Someone needs to change the picture to reflect the actual product. Now my job is behind because I have to wait so long for a refund. Thankfully my customers are gracious people

These rollers work great, after all the gate companies I spoke to said there was nothing you could do but Putin new aluminum gates. They were so wrong these rollers are the best I suffer for ten years with gates you barely open.
