In my opinion the bungee cords with the flat bands are stronger and last a bit longer than the round ones. I use these to strap my boats to some dock cleats so they get quite a workout from the wind blowing the boats and stretching the cords all the time. This pack was a great value compared to the other brands sold on Amazon.

Great product, as advertised. Seem sturdy. Will have to see how long they last, but they seem like they will last a long time as the quality is good.I ordered the 28 piece flat cord set. My package was missing the 6 10inch cords. I did not try to send the whole box back because it seemed like too much trouble and I needed to use some of the cords right away.

Not one of these has broken and I have stretched and pulled them to their max stretch limits..I like the coated hooks, but they will still leave scratches on paint if positioned too close to painted surfaces.These are quality straps that stay in place subjected to the most precarious application positions where you can depend on them to hold. I really am amazed with the simplicity in usability to be achieved by this design. The flat rope shape seems to grab more on the object you are securing. I had to tie a tarp on a vehicle and stretched these in a hurry like weaving a spiderweb through wheels and tarp eyelets, and these straps took a beating in strong gusts of wind and rain for days into weeks before removing them.

For my purposes the thick strap provides more support than the tube shape bungee. Going to order more

These flat bungie straps are so great for RV storage. I wrap-up all kinds of things since they come is so many sizes, then load them into the storage area of my RV. The flat construction makes stacking a snap and it loads flat. The colored diagram on the box shows which color is what size. I cut-out that diagram and store it in the bag it came with. It would be great if that same diagram was an insert in the box. It makes picking the right size a breeze.
