So helpful and important to protect your sofa sleeper mattress and make sleeping more comfy. The quality is great. It's so nice that it folds up. My husband even forgot to remove it before changing our sleeper back to sofa mode, and even that worked great, even though it's possibly not recommended.

This arrived compressed and I was really concerned, but the faint odor dissapeared shortly after opening, and the mattress filled out quite well to the stated size. It sure wasn't hard to open or put on my sofa. So far it is doing a fine job and I think will probably last as long as the prior one lasted. Was glad to find a nice sofa bed mattress that actually fits my sofa frame. When sleeping on it, there were no issues reported.

So I decided to leave a review considering the reviews I read ‘ were so bad & pretty much made me think twice about buying ! But great price so what’s there to lose right !!! This item came cleaned no stains !!! Very new item and made my sofa bed the best sleep I ever had ! Actually I over slept ‘ heehee that’s how comfortable it was ‘ I don’t feel no bars at all sturdiness is amazing I sat down did not sink even a bit ! Extremely firm ! Just buy it !

This support actually makes my pull-out couch usable! We’ve had the. Couch for 7 years at our beach house and we’ve only used it twice for sleeping as it is miserably uncomfortable. This is with an upgraded mattress.I’ve personally slept on it 3 times since with this support. It’s night and day I highly recommend it. The only down side is you must remove it to fold the couch. It’s easy to remove and install. I’m 69, with a bad back and can do it by myself. I store it behind the couch.

Because this product needs to be removed before the sofa can be folded up, I returned it. It would not have been practical for a one-week stay by guests who would need to close the sofa bed each day. The bed clothes would have had to be redone every day, which would have been a real nuisance. While it might have made a saggy sofa-bed more comfortable, I was fortunate to find another solution which didn't involve removal when the bed was folded up.

I never write reviews but the way this product transformed my pullout sofa bed is inspiring me to! My Bobs Furniture sofa is a couple years old and has a nice memory foam mattress but it was still really uncomfortable It felt like your head was up high, your butt in a hole and then feet up a little. I can honestly say sliding this heavyweight board-like structure solved the problem. There is some wiggle room in the width and it squeezed in to fit perfectly on the frame even though I had thought the queen might be too wide. Now there is no perceived difference in head height and I think it would be comfortable for multiple night visits. I debated the permanent one that they sell that can fold up with the bed but I’m worried to mess with something that works so well. After using it I folded it up like an accordion and laid it under the sitting cushions. So now it’s a firm couch but fine by me. What an amazing product!

Board works well to firm up mattress on sofa sleeper. They recommend that you place the board at the top of the sofa sleeper deck and fold down. My only complaint is that it is not quite long enough. So if you are sitting at the bottom of the bed it is too soft; however, the mattress does not sag where the board is placed.
