My dehumidifier worked well for a few days and then stopped working. However when I contacted the supplier, ELECNOVA, they promptly sent an apology and a full refund. Excellent customer service!

This is a very tidy dehumidifier. Actually looks quite unassuming on the window sills. Seems to do a very reasonable job at keeping my windows clear, especially when the outside temperature falls. The night mode is especially useful, as with all dehumidifiers noise levels can be fairly high. You can leave this one on night mode all the time and hardly notice the sound in the background. Very happy.

Bought for my craft shed which needs plenty of dehumidifying! Cant let my papercraft get damp so this small machine has saved my stash! Runs very quietly on a counter top & collects a great deal of water which proves it is definitely needed. So pleased with this. Previously had a large machine in my shed which was quite loud & bulky but this is perfect. I always turn off the disco lights (press button twice to stop them) I don’t understand why they are even there to be honest but each to their own… Overall very impressed with this small but lovely piece of essential kit.

1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I normally look at the 1 star reviews and take it with a pinch of salt, but in this case, some of the comments were spot on. It blew a fuse after 2 months then when the fuse was replaced, it made a loud bang and I smelt electrical burning. I contacted their supplied email address '[email protected]' twice, but got no response. Luckily, I had purchased Amazon insurance on this item and after chatting to an Amazon support representative, they agreed to allow me to have it replaced or return it. Seeing as the manufacturer did not respond, and it broke after 2 months, only a fool would ask for a direct replacement. I do not normally write reviews unless I think it would help others. Do not buy it - reason = BAD customer service & product seems to have underlying robustness / design issues. If you do buy it, buy the insurance that goes with it as you will probably need it if it manages to survive a year (i doubt it). By the way, Amazon also refunded the insurance so 5 starts for Amazon, 0 starts for Gocheer (or Nocheer in this caase).

Not only does it look great, the performance is amazing. I've got 2 other dehumidifiers in the house. I've tried both in my ensuite/bedroom and they are ok. This machine collected as much water as the other 2 in 2 hours compared to 12 hours with the others i have. Brilliant item.

Bought to help dry clothes. Left in a small room for 2 days. Made no difference and less than half an inch of water in resoviour. Returned and received full refund.

It’s not too big, it’s reasonably quiet. It does exactly what you’d expect it to do.

Delighted with this, removed a load of water, .7L in24 Hours. mould problem in the back room was practically eliminated when I got this. It makes a bit of noise in full mode, but its practically silent in sleep mode.
