Unreliable Product, No Service, Useless Warranty
Stopped working after 1 year. Product has a 2 year warranty. Amazon asked me to to write to seller. No response from the seller. Then sent all details of purchase to Amazon. No concrete response from them either and they just keep fooling you by sending a barrage of standard emails promising action. Finally gave up.

Good product but mine stopped working after a year
The product comes with a 2-year warranty, but mine stopped working after just one year. I've been trying to reach the company for warranty support, but there seems to be no way to contact them. I'm writing this review for the product team understand how to get in touch regarding this issue.

Great One for the price and quality
What a stunning piece! The lamp is an absolute showstopper. It's clear a lot of thought went into its design—the way it illuminates the room is just perfect. It's both a functional light source and a beautiful piece of art. Absolutely love it.
