I already have five of the same item, and have needed to purchase an additional one for coverage in a distant part of the building that is now being used. These form a network which delivers excellent performances and connection.

Novia was patient and helped me reconnect an area in my home that I couldn’t get to work, which is key to boosting the internet connection in my home.With her knowledge she directed me in getting my iPad wifi to connect with deco. She told me to Forget this device and enter in the new password I chosen problem solved. My TP Link is now fully reconnected and working really well. She is a Legend with an extensive knowledge of the workings of TP-Link.

Great product I already have the Deco M5 but needed an extra pod for an upstairs room. Easy to set up and add to my other pods.They come brand new factory sealed , however like other customers these are being sent randomly with with USA or EU plugs none of which work in the UK, even after the many reviews they are obviously still doing this.I did contact them , reply was very quick and was told they would send me a plug out on Tuesday , today is Wednesday so we shall see if it arrives, if not I will be contacting Amazon about it.I had an old plug I used but not comfortable using it.

Supplied by PORTOBELLO LTD without a UK plug. No mention of this in the sale listing. A two pin, flat american style plug is not what I expected to receive for use in the UK. Returned via Amazon returns service.

This mesh system is excellent. I have six hubs around my house and another in my garden that give me Wi-Fi on all three of my acres. I just bought two more to add one to an outdoor studio space and into my loft. I opened the box to discover two-pin European plugs. There is no clear indication of this in the product images. It's just annoying, and I'm now searching for power packs to buy them. Previously, this wasn't an issue.

Beware,it comes with a continental plug.

I should have read the other reviews, product is fine but does not come with a UK plug. Thankfully I have a spare adaptor I can use, but a bit poor of the seller not to mention this

I have a M5 mesh and I wanted to add an extra unit. I bought it from two different Amazon sellers and in both cases it didn't come with a UK plug so I had to return it in both casesI have now learned that M5 is an old model and it's discontinued in ther UK. TP-Link Deco meshes allow you to mix and match units, so you're better off buying an X20. It's faster and it will be cheaper.
