This is really useful staff. I had lower back pain also sciatica pain. I ordered 10 months ago. At the beginning couldn't manage but didn't give up. Used everyday and I learned how can I sit properly. I used a backmagic board as well.Now my back is almost painless. I really recommend it.

I've suffered from lower back pain for ages, due to the fact I'm always on my laptop for work. Siting on the mat stops me from arching and curving my spine and stops the back ache.Does a decent job. If you're job is at a desk, you should probably get one.

I purchased this a few months ago at the back pain show. It's took me a while to actually sit down and use it properly. I'm just setting up my website and have been sitting for hours upon end. I'm normally always on my feet and have back pain when i sit for long periods of time. This posture mat has really helped me. I feel no pain and i'm sitting literally all day for about two weeks now. I gave this mat to my father who is after a stroke and has a right side body weakness and impaired mobility. He sits on it every day during his keyboard practice to help him keep a correct posture while sitting and stop him from slouching. He founds it comfortable and his previous frequent back discomfort has improved since using this mat. Very simple but effective piece of equipment.

Bought a Smarter Posture Mat and really pleased that it not only helps me correct my posture, but more importantly it stops me slouching. It is incredibly effective and it is impossible to slouch once you are sitting on it
