100% Pure Merino Wool - V Neck Shirt - New Zealand Made - Warm & Soft, Thermal Undershirt

My husband is a 62 year old outdoor manual worker who is a 38 inch chest, however because of his broad shoulders he has to go for a larger chest size. He went for an extra large size which is a great fit and allows freedom of movement in the shoulder department. Bought for our end of season ski trip in Austria. This thermal worked perfectly for the spring mountain conditions as it kept me warm but was still breathable and dry when working up a sweat. I wore it multiple times without needing to wash it which was helpful when on holiday. This brand was new to me but was recommended by a friend and I'm super happy with my purchase. Fits well under clothes and is really comfortable.

I normally wear size medium in both t-shirts and undershirts so I bought a medium Brass Monkeys undershirt but it was very tight, and uncomfortably so. It felt like I was wearing some sort of compression garment. However, when I returned the medium and sized up to extra large (the only extra large article of clothing I have ever owned), it was perfect. I bought a few and they are my go-to undershirt for colder weather. Reasonably priced, soft (after you wash them), white enough to pass as a white undershirt, and superbly constructed. Seams and hems are nice and the slight scoop in the back keeps them tucked. Being a medium person in an extra large undershirt means the neck hole is slightly larger than it otherwise would be but not by a lot and it still looks good.

These shirts are amazing. They have a slightly longer length, good length sleeves and a great finish which means they look much better than an ordinary t-shirt. They can transition from day to evening wear as the quality of material is great and because it's merino they don't wrinkle. I love the v neck because it looks a little more dressy and goes great with a blazer. They can also be worn multiple times before they need to be washed - which make them a must have for travelling. They are a slightly tighter fit than some t-shirts, so I ordered one size up - but the provided measurements were spot on.

size chart is inadequate, probably need to size up once, possibly twice. Finish is not high quality.

Not white like the pictures more like pale straw colour and not as comfortable as my other brand Merino wool, a little itchy

This is the third purchase for my father-in-law, who assures me it is the best merino wool vest on the market. It may be slightly expensive but he reckons it’s worth paying extra for the excellent quality. Fits well and extremely comfortable.

Shirt arrived swiftly, well packaged and product description is really accurate. I have been wearing Merino for some time and would consider this item the highest quality garment I have received to date and would expect it to last a long while. Fit is accurate and washes well. The wool is very comfortable and breathable and I am going to buy another in a different colour. I thoroughly recommend this product!

Qualität gut, Tshirt ist sehr schmal, es ist eher ein Unterhemd.

The wool is too rough, and size is definitely not XXL
