I run a small strength and conditioning consultation business and use these style resistance bands for baseball/softball athletes from 1:1 to ranked teams at the collegiate level. We have gone through many different brands with the majority of our issues being consistency in resistance from one bage to the next and some bands that didn't change resistance regardless of color. THIS brand is high quality and will be our preferred brand moving forward. They are a little bit more expensive but well worth it to buy once and get to work! Good luck to all in your goals!

I'm almost strictly a band user as opposed to free weights. Bought these to supplement my other tubular resistance bands and so far really like these. I use these in some way most everyday. The quality is solid and we'll have to see how they hold up over time. Like any resistant band, you can extend the life by using them on rubber mats or pads as opposed to a hard surface. Love the bar with the ability to add the extension. and the handles are also a nice feature, well made and not squishy like other handles I have used. Like all bands of this type, recommend getting yourself some tight fitting work gloves that you can purchase anywhere (hint, you don't need those expensive over-priced "workout" gloves) because the bands will cut into your skin. The only criticism I have is that while I like the solid, locking triangle carabiner set that came with the 5-band kit, it's time consuming to unscrew them to change bands or switch to the handles. I adapted by adding some good quality climbing carabiners to make the switch easier and faster. Tribe is a nice product and will update my review in a few months.

1 yr warranty in case they do break. Handles nice quality, door catch, triangle shape carabineers come in handy for sure. Wish the triangle carabineers (nice they're flat like the bands except the big band is lil wider) came with rollers built into them so they put less stress on bands hanging up on one spot, as the metal doesn't exactly slide on rubber to tension point. All n all happy with purchase so far, def great for many different workouts, will update on how long bands last. Wish i would've got set with bar since it's only 10 bucks more n way more to purchase separately, would suggest getting it if your getting the handle n carabineer package. Carabineer is really well built, strong n sturdy so I'd expect the bar to be jus as good. Also, i went to h.d. and bought some different type of web straps n stuff to make what can be done more versatile n also to have the cotton\poly web straps on bands to prevent damage. Check auto section if interested, also can get some screw in hanger hooks n stuff if have somewhere to put hooks at different heights to do different workouts. Wrap carabineers in medical tape or some cotton cloth tape maybe. Seen they have some band protectors that wrap around n Velcro together, to put part of band that's being stood on or on tension point to protect.

The handles and the door strap are nice enough. The hooks are secure (a little futzy to change bands quickly during a workout). The bands have good even variable resistance.One of the bands, the x-light one, began to tear after using it. I don't know if I was being too hard on it (I didn't think so, but still possible), but it was unusable after that. However, the company stood behind their product and sent a new set in to replace any that might also show undue wear. Resistance bands can be very expensive, so for the price I can't be happier with this set.

I'm a longtime home exerciser with a stocked workout room, but didn't have any decent bands. This set has impressed me. Seems heavy duty, great selection of resistance, and I'm using them for different movements I didn't used to do. Good purchase, good quality!

I was looking for bands to assist me with pull-ups. These bands were the solution. They are very durable and at 214 lbs I use two of the band and I can do about 8 to 10 reps. The goal is not to use none but the bands will help me develop my strength by helping me do pull-ups. I also use the bands with my squat rack. Would recommend.
