Not the Best Best Choice For Parents
This textbook is very informative on how to treat childhood apraxia, however, if you are a parent like me, a good deal of this content would most likely be over your head. The terminology used were not something someone other than a SPL or a student in a SPL program would know. Looking up terms constantly took away from getting the most out of the book.

I love this book, on of the few books that teaches you how to actually apply the tx.

I want my grandchild's speech therapist to have and use this reference!
This is an excellent resource. It's a little over my head as a grandmother of a child with apraxia. I have an two masters degrees but my specialty areas are in the social sciences. But I do believe that this book should practically be required for speech therapy professionals working with children. It would be a great "How to" reference for them to have (and use) in their practice!
