I am so happy I bought this aluminum transition. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find on that would work with the transition from my bedroom to my office. This item literally saved me.

This was the widest I was able to find & it wasn't plastic! Would definitely buy again if needed.

Sturdy piece and good finish. My only complaint’s are that the ends are pretty rough where it was cut to length, which really isn’t that big of an issue. Just thought it worth mentioning for someone that may consider it a deal breaker. The other thing is that it doesn’t include the attachment.

We got this ramp for the 2" ledge from garage to driveway. It works well for my power wheelchair.

I bought this for a house that I am remodeling. Over the years people have done some very peculiar things to this house. One of them was the way that the floor was constructed so there’s a strange little drop down from the bedroom to the hallway. I was always worried that it was going to be a trip hazard. I got this in an attempt to try to mitigate the problems of this odd little step down. And you know what? It worked beautifully. I am very happy with his purchase.

My wife has bad knees and we had an uneven floor between the kitchen and living room floors, about 1/2 inch difference. This caused her pain when walking over the uneven floor. This threshold has solved the problem. If perfectly makes a transition in the doorway. The grooves in the surface make it more slip resistant. Cutting it was easy with a hacksaw after marking a cut line with a speed square. A file smoothed up the edges. I adhered it to the floor with nano-tape. You could also drill holes in the threshold and secure with a screw or floor nail. Since I installed it, my wife has not complained about tripping on the floor any more.

Solid construction with durable material. Wish the center strip that goes into the gap was more like rubber or flemsy. The gap between inside the shop & outside ramp is not exactly straight. We cut that piece off to install & it worked out for us. It doesn't move or pop out after doing so.
