REVIEW SUMMARY: Bad Review...:(Orderd product arrived in good condition and a day earlier than shown on tracked date, but major issue was mismatch with what was described, what was ordered, and what was finally delivered.When we opened the package and did a capacity cross-check (as advertised and as ordered), we found gross mismatch to our shock: 250 mL bowl actually held 200 mL (20% less!!) and 200 mL bowl actually held 150 mL (25% less!!). This is COMPARABLE TO selling an underweighed package while charging full price!This is grossly misleading: Describing the product as A and delivering as B (not just in product name but performance, quality, quantity, shape, size, color, and all such attributes -- all amounts to misleading a customer and thus deficiency of service).This is a major issue - 50 mL difference in advertised capacity is UNACCEPTABLE - we clearly did not get what we paid for! Seller has thus broken our trust and we feel does not deserve our business. For any minor issue/s, we would be satisfactory with exchanging, but not in this case.We have learned our lesson of not taking it lightly and hope the seller learns their lesson too by correcting their deficiencies and employing responsible people who can properly read, write, handle, package, and deliver a product as advertised and as ordered by a customer trusting their description which forms the first impression and only basis of decision making!We have just finished filing a return and FULL refund for the product and thank Amazon for their wonderful service.
