Essential knowledge for a good introduction to nutrition. The book encompasses the different chapters with clarity. I just regret the insufficient place left to the works of neuroscientists.

The book was in excellent condition and it's really helpful in my studies. Im doingmy masters in nutrition and this is one of my core references.
