I mix one pump with the decaf concentrate (2 pumps), add a little almond milk and ice water, stir, add ice and have a better iced coffee than Starbucks serves!!! It's really that good! The only thing I could think of that needs to be improved is the size, I need more ounces!!!

Awesome product.
Bought this for the office break room. What a hit, everyone loves it. Some are putting it into their coffee and others are making hot chocolate. I have to have at least 2 as backups because it is so popular.

Need a lot more than 2 pumps and it has a slight chemical taste.
The description states that you use two pumps in a mug of hot water and you will have delicious hot chocolate. After 13 pumps it still tasted like hot water with a slight chemical taste. Not good.

This product is amazing! I fix myself one every day, I use it to mix with ice and make a daily frappiccino. I have tried several other mixes and none of them taste as good as this one!
