*** UPDATE: Well my husband went to use this Christmas Eve and it was dead. Nothing, no juice, no light, no heat, nothing. We are returning. Will look for something else. Needless to say we are disappointed.Just what we needed, contoured to fit around your shoulders. Nice features with 3 levels of heat and plush cover.

Initially I gave it one star because although I loved it it stopped working after 3 weeks. After my review the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement, GREAT customer service, something a little hard to come by in this day and age. Overall this is a great design and a well-designed product. It fits my shoulders & back very comfortably and the neck piece provides additional heat to a hard to get to area, the back of my neck. Also love that it can be used with either wet or dry heat. BUT the second one also stopped working for no apparent reason. I have provided the seller with my feedback which he has passed on to the manufacturer. Hope they can find the glitch because while I won't buy it again, I still think the design is a good one for folks with upper back problems.

Only used this a few times before it no longer would turn on. Great idea, lousy product. Don't waste your money. Note: I now see this product is no longer available through Amazon. I could not find a way to contact the seller.

This is the second one I ordered, both of them stopped working after a day of using them. And I use them exactly according to the directions. I will never order this again in fact I bought one as a Christmas gift and I'm going to probably return it as well

When this product arrived, I loved it alot. I used it daily. I purchased this late November, and I am writing this Feb 5th. This product stopped working completely. Will not turn on, nothing. Yes, I unplugged it and tried everything that is possible to see if it was something I may have done to dislodge the cord. No. So extremely disappointed in wasting my time and money on this product.

I GAVE THIS AS A GIFT AND IT QUIT WORKING AFTER 4 USES. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY FOR A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND.

i have gotten 3 of these and none of them work. the manufacturer thinks it something in the control and will replace that when the kinks are worked out. the shape and texture and the snap are great tho!

Should have read the reviews before ordering. We purchased for a Therapy clinic to have on hand to show clients that needed full coverage of heat on there neck & back--well you guessed it 3 times and doesn't work anymore!!! Really disappointed with this product-will NOT be recommending to clients.
