I have dealt with asthma since a teen. We had a rudimentary version of this back in the day, but this design is smaller, more simple to use, and is effective on opening airways. There are 3 sizes of metal balls you can choose from to put insulin the device. The larger the metal ball, the more resistance. Really builds up your lungs.

Maybe I don't know how to use it but it doesn't make sense to me. They instructions were nonexistent. I googled how to do it and I think I'm using it correctly. It does me no good.

I have been diagnosed with Intrestial Lung disease (ILD) and when I excercise I very quickly get out of breath. When I get out of breath I use this device. After about 5 big blows, my breathing becomes easier and I can continue to work out. I have been using this a few weeks now and it seems to help. I'm hoping for gradual improvement and so far it seems to be working. I like that it has no filter to replace and it is very easy to clean.
