MID-Back Leather Conference Office Chair MZN6912 (Cream)

Looked good in the picture and I was pleased when I opened the box and saw the color. That was it though. Upon inspection it almost looked like I got a used product or a floor model that they (very poorly) disassembled to sell. The metal supports and load bearing mounts were corroding and even the legs were covered in rust and stained (see pics). The main column was out of it's sealed bag (which was balled up in the box and was just thrown in and the leather was damaged on one edge. It honestly looked like it had been stored in a salt water bath. Not a good experience at all. I can tell it would have been a nice chair but jeez.Updated: Winport reached out to me directly to correct the issue. They ended up sending me a chair directly from the factory that was flawless. It's a beautiful chair. It's unfortunate it took so long to get it sorted but it was worth the wait and kudos to winport for stepping up and fixing it and turning my opinion around.

I was very disappointed with this “not” leather chair.

The chair was well packed and not too difficult to put together. It is lovely and extremely comfortable. We are so pleased with this purchase.

This chair was disappointing. The “leather” is cheap vinyl that cracks and tears. There is virtually no padding on the seat making it very uncomfortable if you plan to sit on it for any length of time. Finally, the chair squeaks when it is in tilting mode, and oiling it doesn’t help. I’ve had the chair three years now just to get my moneys worth, but it’s going to hit the trash pile this week

nice streamlined chair. Fits nicely under my desk. Comfortable.
