This completely superseded all of my expectations! It was easy to put together, despite the instructions not being very clear and most importantly, it is extremely sturdy!! I was expecting something cheaper quality. For this price and quality, it is worth the purchase! It saves your walls and your time!

Not hard to figure out but no real instructions . My ceiling is very high and it reached. Have a wedding coming in may and need extra room for people that can be private

Item works great, just hold onto the screws when you loosen them. Also the bar pieces are threaded, so twist them together. Much sturdier than I expected, using it to hold up full length heavy curtains in my apartment to avoid drilling holes.

These function *almost* perfectly. Easy to assemble after reviewing the instructions (I did use caution inserting the metal vertical sections into the plastic end caps). Seems solidly constructed. Overall, excellent. One star off because they are only designed to allow the clips holding the horizontal to attach to the uppermost section of the vertical, which was too far above the window and too close to the ceiling for my purposes. I was able to remove the screws & nuts, and stretch the clamp to fit around a lower section (larger diameter), then duct tape below it so it won't slip further down. Recommend the manufacturer consider a larger diameter clamp with a rubber shim to allow connecting to the smaller diameter vertical if desired.Update: Ordered a second pair. Was sent the wrong color and length, but Amazon has no issues with replacing them. Sending this pair back.

Used this for my dining room area to make a space for my mom! Works great!! Just make sure you measure the height and width before buying curtains!

At first, I thought I was missing parts because of the poor instructions. However, once I called my older brother (the family handyman), I found that I had everything I needed. The instructions and images were just bad. We were able to figure it out after about 20 minutes of looking at all of the parts. It's not as sturdy as I would have liked at the highest height, but it still serves the purpose for which I intended when using my webcam at work to block out the sunlight. I haven't had any trouble, and it's been about four to five days since I put everything up. I have received lots of compliments!

I was looking for a solution to hang drapes across an extra wide wall. I was about to purchase curtain tracks to hang into the ceiling until I came across this. This saved me several hours and helped me avoid the mess and dust of drilling. Assembly and mounting together took less than an hour. Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to using this solution again for other walls and windows around my apartment.

“Room divider” is a bit of a stretch. The instruction manual needs serious improvement, and I was missing two pieces right out of the box. I spent far too long trying to adjust and install it properly—something this simple shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. While the quality itself is decent, if it’s your first time installing a tension curtain rod, be prepared for a bit of frustration. Just know you’ll likely spend more time figuring it out than expected.
