Valuable Remedy
Many of us try to create positive habits in our day to day lives but for one reason or another find ourselves getting sucked back into old routines. For me personally it involved hanging around with people who were a bad influence and going back to drinking too much alcohol too regularly. If you are the sort of person who doesn't seem to learn from repeated mistakes this remedy could be extremely valuable. If you diet but always seem to give in when you see a chocolate eclair this would be a good indication for Chestnut Bud. Damn, now i've planted the thought of a chocolate eclair in your mind! So on that note i'll end with this.....Bananas, Oranges, Apples and Pears!!!!!!

It works for me!
I love all the Bach flower remedies and now that I have Dr Bach's book I am using correct remedy for any given day or week. Chestnut Bud is good if you're prone to keep making same mistakes, instead of learning the lesson.
