Plate Porcelain Portion Control Plate Dinner

I ordered the portion control plate to try and lose weight and stop my lovely partner from giving me such large portions. I love the design of the plate as each type of food was in a different colour, for example veg and salad in green so easy to work out where to put your food. A great quality plate made of China so able to put in the dishwasher so no extra washing up. I haven't been hungry since reducing my portions. Fast delivery and I received it the next day

Really pleased with the quality of this portion control plate, and its creative design. It has helped me to eat just what I need and not what I want. The plate is a good way to lose weight and get your eating habits under control. My dietician suggested to use the Eat well plate guide, and I feel this plate is the closest I have seen on the market that represents the guide. After only one week of using this plate I have lost 5 pounds . I am looking forward to losing a lot more. Very well packaged in foam which can protect it while transporting, it is China not plastic, so dishwasher and microwave safe.

Still in their boxes; if you believe you should eat one quarter carb, one quarter protein and half veges, it's easy enough to estimate this by eye without a special plate. It is small though, which at least reminds you that maybe portion control overall is a good thing - but maybe you just use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.

What a pretty plate!!! I bought 2 to train myself to dish out the recommended portion sizes and this plate does the trick - in a good informative, and PRETTY way. I am not sure about the durability. I only got it three days ago!!! It looks good!!! The delivery was really quick and packaged really well!!! Thank you!!

I'm pleased with the plate and looking forward to using it. I am a diabetic and need to organise my meals and portion control, I feel this plate with its clear colours and design will be helpful.

Having had a gastric band, I need to have small portions. Previously I've had to eat off a side plate but with this plate, it is perfect. Looks like you're having a normal sized meal but because of the design it's actually the size of a side plate. And the knowing the portions makes life easier.

Good quality, ceramic plate. I struggle with portion sizes and this is a great, affordable plate that allows me to make sure that I am eating what I should do. I suffer with "eyes bigger than my belly" syndrome and this plate helps me monitor my portion sizes to maintain good health. I have nearly halved my portion sizes and lost 3lbs in the first week of using it - so it does work. Recommended and cheaper than competitors.
