UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and problem was resolved, easy to work with, would recommend without reservation.Was disappointed that four of the six cuticle oil pens did not work. They had to be taken apart and now seem to be working but frustrating that they didn’t work upon arrival. The oil itself seems good, it has a pleasant smell and the price was reasonable.

I purchased this to have available for a business trip and pamper myself a little while away from my kids. I brought 2 out of the six I received. BOTH (green and purple) broke when I tried to get the oil to the brush part by turning them clockwise slowly and allowing for time to let the oil creep up. One had the bottom part explode and I ended up with oil dripping out the bottom. I tried again with another once once I returned home and the same thing happened. Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. I have used another brand like this before and was super impressed with it. I likely won’t try this brand again and I hope the other three I have left won’t do the same thing but…. 50% rate of failure doesn’t bode well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money on these!!! Only 1 of the 6 pens worked. I was really disappointed.EDIT: seller contacted me and made it right and sent me a new product and all of them work!! Very grateful that the seller was so understanding!!

So far 2 of them don't even work! I've only had 1 work. Waste of money. Twist and twist, nothing comes out.

**The pen will work if you wiggle the brush tip off before twisting. Then poke the ball on the inside of the brush tip with a pin or one thing similar. Replace brush and twist, oil will dispense. ** Thank you to the reviewer that suggested this.The oil itself does the job and with a variety of nice scents. Unfortunately 2 out of 6 pens broke before I came back to the Amazon listing to ensure I was using them correctly. Went straight to twisting the first pen after opening the box. Pen 1: twisted and twisted with no oil dispensed; eventually the brush tip popped off the pen. Had to toss it. Pen 2: twisted and twisted until the wheel at the bottom stopped working; no oil dispensed.Ultimately, when purchasing a product like this, it should work straight out of the box without having to fuss with it. However, not a total waste thanks to one reviewer.

These are cute and I like how easy it is to use. Not to mention they smell really nice and I think each color smell different! At least to me they do! Sadly, 4 out of the 5 were leaking. It wasn’t a super huge mess or hard to clean up but I recommend opening on a surface easy to clean and be prepared to get it all over your hands. I don’t know if mine are broken but I definitely wouldn’t store them laying down especially after use! I was thinking they would be perfect to keep in my purse but now I’m definitely not. Buy at your own risk for a mess lol but at least once cleaned up and stored upright they haven’t leaked yet

I bought this because my cuticles are super dry, especially in the Spring/Summer when the air is a lot dryer. This stuff smells amazing, I have only tried the Mango one so far but it smellsSO GOOD! I love the brush so I don’t have to put a drop on each finger and it run all over the place I just brush it along each cuticle and no drips. It seems to be working well and isn’t overly greasy, I like to let it sit for about 5 minutes then rub it in and it doesn’t make my fingers all greasy. The only downside was priming it the first go, I kept clicking it and clicking and it took several clicks to get the product to flow. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take care of their cuticles.
