I've had the hairdryer just a couple of weeks but so far I'm very pleased with the ease of use and more importantly the frizz free results. It doesn't weigh very much and dries my hair within a couple of minutes. It is dearer than the average hairdryer, but I think it's well worth it. I would happily recommend this hairdryer. Update Dec 2019: I've had this hairdryer for 9 years now, and (touchwood), it hasn't yet skipped a beat. This is a great quality product, worth every penny.

The hairdryer itself is brilliant which is why I'm sorry I have to give such a poor review. However, the product has been producing sparks since I received it. I contacted the seller twice for a refund - the firs time they fobbed me off saying it should do this, the second time they told me to contact the manufacturer. BUY THIS HAIRDRYER BUT NOT FROM THIS SELLER!

I have very long, very thick hair, which I never normally dry straight from washing at it takes AGES!! After much debate due to the price of this hair dryer, I went ahead and ordered it. WOW is all I can say! Straight from the shower it took less then 7 minutes to get my hair dry. Not only dry but much sleeker and shinier then it ever was after using my old hair dryer. The size of dryer is fab, being small makes it much easier to handle, but it sure is powerful. I am very pleased with this item and after only 1 use and am now regreting that I did not buy something like this years ago. I would say, especially if you have long/thick hair like me - go for it!

Nice hairdryer but very heavy for me and sent it back

I was expecting so much from this dryer but it was not as light as my Babyliss one and the controls on the side were quite stiff. I do not know what the drying capacity is like as I have not used it.

i like this hairdryer, its very powerful and the size is good for me. I travel a lot so its a perfect size and weight. I do have two reservations about it though, I have found that the nozzle is easily detached and that it is very easy to get hair caught in the back even with the guard on. If anyone else has had problems like this and can offer any advice I would appreciate it as it is a bit annoying. I have no idea why the nozzle is so easy to fall off, I seemed to have placed it on ok but while I am using it, it comes off easily.

I now have severely fluffy hair, especially just after blowdrying . I've used loads of different products with varying results , obviosly a decent conditioner is mandatory . Anyway I was getting really sick of my ugly looking hair . I was advised by my lovely hairdresser to buy a better dryer . This is the one she uses, she warned me it was a tad more expensive than average : I didn't care as anything was worth a go and other reviews were so favourable. Well, I'm 100% delighted . Even if I do the most cursory dry it is sleeker than ever before...or at least as sleek as when I was in my twenties . If I try hard and take time , which isn't often, results are amazing !

I bought this in May 2010 and it died this week. I only started using it in June 2010, and I went travelling for 3 months over the winter and left it at home so it's barely had 12 months of light use - I don't even blow-dry my hair every day. I'm really disappointed that such an expensive item has turned out to be poor quality and broken after a relatively short time. It wasn't even any better than any other hairdryer - I've had £20-30 ones that were just as good (and lasted longer). Won't bother spending this much on a hairdryer again!
