This was a great way to store my teens earrings. They were basically in a pile before and now she can find a pair of earrings! It doesn’t fit her bigger hoops but works for most other earrings. It also looks nice on her vanity. I don’t think it would stand up to much abuse, but it just sits there so that should be fine!

This jewelry box is very nice. The turquoise blue is beautiful, and it has a nice velvety finish. The only issue I have is that the sections are very small, which makes it difficult when it comes to removing items. You really need tiny fingers for that, or you could use a pair of tweezers. I have found that the whole grid can be removed, so you can use it as a single-section box. I wish you could just remove certain rows of the dividers, so you'd have bigger sections, but it is made as one large piece/grid, so it's all or nothing. I love the clear cover, and that it has a two latches to hold it securely closed.

Although attractive enough to have on a dressing table, this box is not velvet as I know velvet fabric. This is a box for storage for SMALL earrings or rings. If that's what you need, you will like this, with a glass top so you can see what's inside.2/9/24 It probably IS velvet, but affixed to the box in a way which decreases some of its softness.
