Sturdy, strong with a soft brush.
I bought the 7m version after a lot of deliberation and searching around, in order to clean my solar panels. I'm really pleased with the purchase. The build of the product seems very sturdy, yes it's harder to control at longer extensions, but this would be the case with any product. You could complain that it is heavy, but when using it above the head this would always be the case (unless you maybe pay for something made out of carbon fibre). The instructions for putting it together were OK, however didn't mention (I feel this is my own stupidity) if you add the in-line tap, don't cut the pipe close to the handle. I did this and on first attempt to extend it as the pipe pulls through the pole it pulls the tap up and gets wedged, preventing further extension. So far no leaks from the pipes at any point during use.The brush is sturdy enough to agitate dirt yet soft enough not to cause damage to the likes of solar panels, not sure I'd use it on my car though. The length was more than enough to reach the top set of solar panels on my roof from a ladder, however it doesn't have the reach to clean them from the ground (this is more due to the pitch of my roof than a product failing). The brush angle adaptor made changing purpose easy. I decided to clean the sofits and after reangling the brush it made it really easy to do.I was a bit disappointed with the speed of delivery from the company. It annoys me when I buy on amazon and things aren't dispatched promptly. I ordered on a Saturday (clearly this business operates independently of amazon and not at a weekend), it wasn't dispatched until the Tuesday.Overall, a really good product, worth the money compared with some of the cheaper ones I was looking at.

Does a good job
I've bought numerous cheap telescopic contraptions for cleaning my large conservatory roof, almost all useless. This was a bit of a punt at over £100 but it's done a good job. No ineffectual waggling around with a floppy brush, this thing is solid and you can apply a bit of oomph to the task. It's not super light, especially at longer extensions, but that's a good excuse to get some work on my core I guess. I couldn't work out how to attach the soap dispenser. I managed to cobble it together with some old hose adaptors but it leaked a lot so I need to fix that. Otherwise went together pretty easily.

Telescopic window washing brush.
Fantastic.. sturdy and light. I thought on full extension would be hard to control, but no.. I was able to wash all my windows and all pvc fascia even to the highest peak. I would highly recommend.

Good product
Fantastic bit of kit worth the extra pennies, could do with lock tight on the head thread to stop it turning whilst scrubbing the window

Overall happy but on full extension flimsy
Easy to set up.Great for heights and managed to clean upstairs windows and soffits ok.A little bit flimsy and hard to handle when extended to 30foot for our solar panels. Because it was flimsy we didn’t really get as clean solar panels as expected (not enough pressure to eradicate the birds mess). But overall happy so far. Really need a squeegee to finish off as left marks on windows.

Works well
So far the brush has been excellent. A friend said these type of pole cleaners were heavy but I don't find that is the case. It seems sturdy and well made.

Useful tool and no more ladders
This has proved to be a good investment. It is robustly constructed(so far) and easy to set-up and use.The soap container feels a little brittle and switching from soap to rinse is tricky one handed. As you will be holding the pole. As is shutting off the water. Not used the extra attachments (squeegee and pad) as soap and rinse approach seems to work well.Top tips.1) up and down motions work best, side to side when fully extended is hard to control.2) use baby shampoo rather than dish soap for a less streaky finish.3) retract the pole when moving from window to window. Watch out for the hose when moving to avoid triping hazard.
