A little harder to blend in with liquids. Good Vitamin content ,noticeable difference in energy .

Though the product itself is good, I have been taking it for years. But, lately I have noticed that when I was still getting it in the plastic container, that it would be about half full. Then it started coming in a soft container, that seemed a little light. So just last week, I took my 2 soft packets, and poured them into my old plastic container, Guess what?? It filled to almost the top, but with room to spare. Not sure what the company is trying to do here.

First things first it’s not in a container like it shows. It comes in bags. Maybe I missed that in the description somewhere. 2nd- someone said it smells like something at a dentists office and they were 100% correct. Not a bad smell tho just very specific 3rd it’s highly water soluble which is great except one clump decided not to be water soluble. Yuck. As far as taste goes- it doesn’t really have a taste but I made the mistake of mixing it with pink lemonade and it made it taste really off and flavorless so I recommend mixing with a milk base or in something with strong flavor that you can drink quickly. It’s definitely not meant for sipping. Bonus points if you mix with a protein shake or a smoothie- you definitely won’t notice it then. But I do not recommend putting it in straight water.
