A much better buy than the “official” version!
The media could not be loaded. I originally bought this for replacement parts to fix my official GoPro Jaws mount that had broken for the second time in two years, however, when I received this one I noticed that the quality was almost identical to the original. The gooseneck is EXACTLY the same as the more expensive Official version. The clamp has the exact same tension and strength, but is missing the rubbery grip of the original (not a big deal at all, but worth noting). Ultimately, I’d definitely recommend this clamp over the “official” version.

Do not buy this for guitar
Bought this to shoot guitar videos with my GoPro. The clamp did not have enough gripping force to stay clamped to my headstock with the bendy arm on it and the GoPro was very difficult to remove from the clamp itself (i.e. Without the arm attached.) Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the real GoPro accessory.

Broke befire first use
One of the joints broke as soon as it came out of the box. I wasn't even able to mount it to any thing. Could have been a defective part. Returned for refund. I may repurchase in the future

Not great for action cameras, but does a few things well.
Bought for a motorcycle, and it isnt quite strong enough. I put the tiny gopro session camera on it (the little 1.5" cube one), and the gooseneck couldn't quell vibration or keep the camera from drooping over just a few minutes. The clamp also slid around a bit on the handlebar with little bumps. Ita not a bad product but for my intended use it really doesnt work at all.If used on a non-moving object (clipped onto a pole or something stationary) this is pretty cool which is why I gave it o.k. ratings, but for action cam on a vehicle it's not a very good.

this works great to video my daughters softball games
this works great to video my daughters softball games. Simply hook it to the fence and point the Go Pro through the hold in the fence. It holds the camera still for the whole game.

Broke very easily, on first trip!
The Jaws Flex clamp broke very easily, I could've lost my camera in the Ocean! It broke near the center section where it bends, the plastic appears thin, I tried to fix it but was unable too.

This item cracks at seams on plastic sections..Deffinately not quality made..save ur money
