What a fantastic product! Gives a mirror effect from the outside of the property during the day and mirror effect on the inside of the house at night. This privacy film works in an identical way to how a net curtain would. You cannot see into the house during the day, but if you put some lights on in the house, you can see through the window. If you don't want anyone to see inside your house day or night, get a blackout blind or just close your curtains! A really good point about this privacy film is that it reduces the amount of heat that comes through your windows. Very useful in the Summer months! To remove the outer film, I used a piece of sellotape and stuck it on the corner (making sure there was an overlap on the edge). This peeled off the outer film from the privacy film easily. When applying the film onto the window, make sure you clean the window thoroughly with some soapy water. Then spray more soapy water onto the window and spray some on the privacy film itself. This will help the privacy film from sticking to itself! Use a metal ruler as a guide when cutting the film down to fit the window. Ensure you leave 2mm from the window seal. This is important as this will allow for bubbles to escape from under the privacy film once you have applied it on the window. Use an old credit card or suchlike to smooth out any excess soapy water or bubbles from under the film. If you are patient enough, this will give you an excellent result once applied!

This is brilliant, proper black out, easy to put in place.

But the package arrived damaged allowing the film to bend which caused a reoccurring wrinkle every ~8cm in the film which shows itself in the picture

Had the film fitted by a builder, the following day, the film came away from the window, a complete waste of time and Money. Self- Adhesive Silver Mirror Glass Film non existing. Do not bother bying this product.

I loved this . Goes up easy . I have a large window and it looks great . Knowing nobody can see in during the day is a bonus. Did make the room a bit dark on a dull cloudy day but comes into its own when it's hot and sunny. Great quality.

3rd company and expensive way to find a product that actually works! I had 8 doors that needed doing, fiddly getting backing sheet off as it's so thin but spray windows A LOT with a little soap liquid easy to fit once you can manoeuvre giant sticky sheets but as long as Windows are wet enough you'll be fine and perfect fit!! Buy the fitting kit because you're going to need the blade!
