Coolest part of my build
I’m blown away by the quality of this aio. The quality of the picture is even better than it looks in the video, it’s truly stunning. It was super easy to install and is silent. It’s a shame the white version doesn’t have white wires coming from the top but it’s a small issue. The software works perfectly and gives quite a lot of options for the fans as well, but I didn’t bother much as mine are on the top and so not really seen. I’ve been running Baldurs Gate 3 at 4K all max settings and the CPU hasn’t gone above 50C so cooling is top notch. Really cool piece of kit and the favourite thing in my build. Powerful Cooling with Stunning RGB and LCD Display
The functionality of the NZXT Kraken 280 RGB is impressive — from the customizable LCD display to the precise temperature monitoring, everything feels well thought out. The airflow from the dual F140 RGB Core fans is strong and consistent, keeping my CPU temperatures low even under heavy load. Fan performance is excellent; they run smoothly at both low and high speed, with minimal noise compared to other AIOs I’ve used. For me, the value for money is great — you’re getting premium build quality, efficient cooling, and stunning aesthetics all in one package. The software quality is also solid, making it easy to control fan curves, RGB lighting, and the LCD display without hiccups. If you’re looking for a reliable and stylish 280mm AIO that delivers both performance and visual appeal, this cooler is absolutely worth it.

Very nice looking and very good build quality
This product is great! It keeps my CPU nice and cool and looks great with a clear lcd display, it also runs really quietly, however the price of £200 is rather high. you could buy a decent CPU and cooler just for the price of this so its got a trade-off. but so far I've had no issues with this cooler and would recommend it as a great cooler for any pc!

Fabulous
Wanted a new CPU cooler to replace my Corsair one, the cpu pump itself wasn’t lighting up. I already have the NZCT Flo Pro case so decided to go with NZXT for a cooler and I’m not disappointed! Straight from the opening of the box, it oozes quality. Everything is well packaged, the instructions are easy to understand (if you are a seasoned builder) and popping it into my PC took me about 15 minutes. There is thermal paste pre-applied to the cooler as well which is always handy. I already had NZXT Cam installed as I have it on all builds that I complete to monitor temperatures as I find it to be the most reliable, and it picked up the cooler immediately. It just needed to update some firmware which took a couple of minutes and everything was connected perfectly. Within NZXT Cam you can control the speeds of the fans to help adjust airflow, however I have mine set to do this automatically. Compared with my Corsair CPU cooler, it is keeping the CPU around 5-7 degrees cooler. The fan rpm is no different, so I think this cooler is just better overall (I’m running an i5-12400 currently so nothing massively taxing). The LCD screen has so many options to choose from within NZXT Cam, you can upload your own images or gifs, display temperatures, connect to YouTube… it’s just ace. It is just a square in the middle of the circle which is used, the more expensive model fills the full circle if this is something you’re looking for. I wasn’t, I just wanted to display the temps and time and to have a cooler that worked properly! I’d recommend this cooler as it’s just fabulous!

The best AIO with a display
I recently finished my build with this AIO, and it's hands down the best AIO cooler out there with a display. It was also my first time using the NZXT CAM software, but it's very user friendly and allowed me endless customization on the ARGB fans and on the display. Even my friends are envious of the look and performance of my rig, and I can confidently say the Kraken Elite is a showstopper and the best part of my build! While it might be a bit on the pricier side, the features, customization and sheer visual appeal make it worth every penny. I can't complain.

Disappointing Experience After Just 7 Months. Connection Issues.
I wanted to love this AIO cooler, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. After only about 7 months of use, my Kraken 360 RGB’s pump display suddenly stayed dark when starting up my PC. Even worse, I wasn’t sure if the pump was even running, which is a big concern for system safety. I spent a lot of time checking every connection inside the case. After some troubleshooting, I found that simply moving the breakthrough cable at the pump connection point caused the pump, the fans on the radiator and the display to come back on. This clearly points to a connection issue, but I have no way of knowing if it’s a faulty cable or a problem with the pump’s socket. If I had a spare breakthrough cable, I could at least narrow down the problem. Additionally, we can no longer change the design on the LCD due to this issue. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get support to help for several days. At first, they replied, but after I sent them a video of the issue, I haven’t heard back at all. I wrote to them again today, but still no response. That’s why I’m now leaving this customer feedback on Amazon. I’m honestly so frustrated that I’m considering switching to the new NZXT cooler that doesn’t have any connectors on the pump head. As a content creator, this is a major setback. I rely on my system for work and can’t afford random failures like this. Overall, I expected more reliability from a premium cooler. I hope support can help, but as it stands, I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. If you rely on your PC for work or content creation, be aware of potential connection issues.

Worth the extra money.
I was debating this cooler for my upgrade for a long time. Having upgraded my Cpu to a Ryzen 7 5800x I clearly needed an upgrade on my noisy 6 year old cooler master 240ml to have sufficient cooling. Now this is expensive mostly because of the 60fps bright LCD screen on the pump. I almost convinced myself out of it thinking I couldn't justify over double the price of a lot of coolers for what a lot would see as a "gimmick". But when you see it in person it gives the most beautiful aesthetic. So for people in the same boat it is absolutely worth the extra money if you want a stunning and customisable aesthetic to your build. Now this was actually relatively simple to install and they are plenty of videos on youtube if you do get stuck. But it's honestly not that hard (especially if you order the non RGB one like me). and it's also good that you can rotate the screen in the software after installation so you don't have to worry about mounting it the "correct" way or angle for the screen to be displayed right. The unit is extremely quiet! to the point at first I didn't know if it was powered correctly when I first turned it on. Even under load it isn't very loud. Cooling performance is also very good, especially since my cpu is notorious for been a hot one in the Ryzen line of cpu's with temps between 40-55 when just browsing the internet and 55-70 degrees when playing graphically intensive games on ultra settings which is really impressive. overall you are certainly getting your moneys worth with this cooler. Quiet, cool temperatures and aesthetically stunning with the large high quality 60fps LCD screen. Software to change the images/Gif's/readings is easy to use too. This review is specifically for the 280ml non RGB Elite version of this cooler.
