Exactly what i wanted.....fragrant but not over powering.

I am very disappointed in the 2023 order of Calandre. It does not have the odor of the classic fragrance. The order I received in 2020 was true to form. It makes me afraid to place another order for Calandre.

Beautiful 😍 fragrance from the 70's. Light and feminine but not overly so. Great for summer. Take it from a "Dancing Queen" who wore it when Disco was king/or👸 it's lovely. Sadly 😥 it has little projection.....but, it does linger specially on your clothing.

I loved the fragrance back in the 70's. It was intoxicating and a small amount stayed all day. But, my recent purchase through Amazon was not the same formula. Less than an hour after spraying this EDT on, the fragrance disappears. Not a trace of scent. The product was stated as being from Spain, as I had hope was the truth. But, the country of origin was China!! And, I didn't see all the same ingredients on the description as is stated in the original list of fragrances. Complete waste of money. And, very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying.

Still a favorite and will be for a long time. Not too heavy not too light. Perfect. I am never out of Paco Rabanne Calandre fragrance at home, or when I travel. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I was able to find Calandre on Amazon. It has been impossible to get, and I was down to my last few vapors. I find that Calandre has a scent that I think is sharp, high-pitched, a bit citrus and if it had a color it would be green. I also like Rabanne's other old scent called Metal, which is even sharper than Calandre. These are not musky at all, not flowery, not sweet. not heavy. They last a long time on me, and when I used to drive to work every day, my kids noticed that my car smelled like Calandre. Rest assured, nobody else is using these scents any more, so you will be different. People always ask what I am wearing, and then tell me they couldn't find it anywhere. I was using up my last bottle that I got in a duty free shop in London 8 or more years ago.....It is worth every penny. Some perfume websites will try to tell you that you will like one thing or another if you like Calandre. Not true. If you like Calandre, you will not want anything else, ever again. It's like finding the love of your life.

This is not the Calandre of my youth. I did read the reviews, many, many reviews in multiple places and I knew the formula has changed. That said, looking at the fragrance notes listed it seemed worth the risk, this isn’t an expensive perfume in my opinion. My mistake while reading the reviews is not taking into account that every person who didn’t complain about the change, has worn Calandre non-stop over many years. Since I have not worn this or smelled it anywhere in anyone for many, many; many, years, the change to my nose was obvious and unfortunately, unpleasant. The sharpness that used to define this fragrance and made it so special is now something noxious and overpowering - I can’t say exactly what it is but it’s not the same clean, fresh, green accord. This is all powdery and strong without nuance or complexity. Just my opinion. Happy for everyone who continues to enjoy this. I wish I could gift it to someone close to me but my nearest and dearest don’t wear fragrance or have a signature scent already. Maybe I can spritz my spouse and see if it’s better in them. Theee stars is for the price of this long-lasting and strong fragrance. If you love it the it’s a bargain.

I am so glad this wonderful classic fragrance is readily available again, I worked at Macy's fragrance bar many years ago and loved this and YSL Rive Gauche the very most, this one was my signature fragrance for many years. Calandre and Rive Gauche were always a bit similar and both original fragrances were created by the same master perfumer.. This Calandre reformulation smells incredible and lasts all day, It is a bit different from the original however and smells closer to the original Rive Gauche fragrance than Calandre however this works for me since both have been longtime favorites. The chrome framing the bottle is loose which does strike me as odd as that never was the case with any of the bottles I have previously owned however the fragrance is truly wonderful and I will repurchase.

El aroma de este perfume me trae hermosos recuerdos, fue el primer perfume que mi esposo me regaló cuando éramos novios, lo ví a súper excelente precio y lo compré, huele igual que antes y totalmente original el número del Bacht de la caja coincide con la botella, llegó en perfectas condiciones tiempo y forma, solo una sugerencia, la protección del empaquetado es demasiado frágil y siendo una botella de vidrio con líquido se puede romper muy fácil, ya me ha pasado y he obtenido el reembolso que se evitarían si fuera empacado adecuadamente, igual gracias Amazon, recomendado 💯

Ottimo profumo ( Soggettivo il gusto certo) Arrivato ben confezionato E, Prima del previsto ! Non lo apro perché e' un regalo .... del resto SE non e' cambiato nel tempo ( credo comunque che un po' si ) Sicuramente vale la pena . Non credo molto adatto per giovanissime MA già dopo i 25/30 Sembra fatto apposta ! Scherzo , MA e' abbastanza vero . IL prezzo veramente da "promozione"....
