"Please Take One" Sturdy Real Estate Brochure Box - Holds 75, 8.5" x 11" Flyers

Well designed and very sturdy. Provided screws are for universal use worked OK in stucco, but not long enough to penetrate to a stud. Easy to mount, stable when mounted, and easy to open to remove brochures. Well located card holder, but I prefer it to be visible from the front see thru.

We used this product when we sold our land. It worked great. Very sturdy, and the flyers fit just right.

Too narrow. Doesn’t fit 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper without bending them slightly so you can get them in, but only 10-15 sheets at most. The lid doesn’t open all the way so you need to hold up The lid with one hand and fish out a paper with the other and it’s tricky because the paper is crammed in. The “take one” sticker is thankfully not attached. It’s an option and easy to apply. For the price, it’s doing what I need it to do but it really needs some design alterations

Arrived with a crack in the clear plastic, but I'll still be able to use it.

We attached this to a sign we use for rental properties. We keep it filled with information on the rental, and the papers are kept dry. It is well made and worth the money.

It was easy to install and it is holding up great to the weather so far. Has a spot for business cards. If the humidity is high you will quickly notice paper products need to be replaced within a short time.

the plastic is pretty flimsy. definitely don't want these where they will get banged into. I had to also seal around clear plastic with silicone caulk to make it weather proof.

This product is exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy, easy to attach to my existing sign and delivered before the expected delivery date. I would recommend this to anyone that is shopping for a information box such as this one.
