They have a problem logging me in and I cant cook Easter dinner
I am very high tech, but why you have to have an account in order to use this device is absurd. There are no controls other than the bluetooth connected app on the phone. It requires you have an account or you cant use the app to control the device. I have been using for well over a year and tonight it decided it could not remember my credentials and neith can I. Resetting password or creating a new account goes into a black hole. Whatever you do dont buy a device that doesn't have physical controls. True I left FB years ago because of privacy issues so I can't "sign-in with FB".
