Zebra Pen Zensations Brush Pen, Black Water-Resistant Ink, 1-Pack

This is by far the best inking brush I've tried! The black color is rich and clear, and even when I apply a lot of pressure to the tip, the brush maintains its shape perfectly. I'm excited to start more projects with this brush pen!

As an Illustrator, I've used lots of brush pens over the past few years trying out more brush inking techniques, but this Zebra brush pen has been the best by far in holding it's point. Even after using it repeatedly and pressing down on it to get various line variations, the tip will hold. As far as the ink, just give it a few seconds to dry up before you decide to go over with watercolor or other wet media, but the black will hold once dried.Excellent flow, great brush point that holds shape, and overall very affordable as well. If you're wanting to find something to try brush pens out, this is definitely the best option imo.

Opaque black lines, really easy to change the line thickness with pressure or tilting it, and can write over coloured pencil marks perfectly. It doesn't bleed through, and also is waterproof after drying for a few seconds. In my experience of having tbis for a few days and using it alot, the tip or the pen hasn't warped or anything yet, even after I accidentally slammed it down on a hard surface.Also, opaque gel pens look good over top of it.

They are really nice however I bought them because someone told me that they are water resistant, I've used them to outline watercolor paints and I've had them bleed on me. Maybe I didn't wait long enough for them to dry it might be on my end.

I wanted a pen that didn't cost a lot that I could use while learning urban sketching. I've tried several and this has become my go-to pen. The ink flows well, I can use watercolor over it without too much smear, and it's a nice, think line. I'll keep this in my drawing kit.

I've found these pens to be the easiest to use in terms of their brush firmness and the pressure needed to get the brush stroke. I like the harder pressure and I feel like I have a lot more control with my line quality using these pens, especially the extra fine tip.

I always test before use but I used this on many different alcohol marker brands and also watercolor I loved it! Line variation is there depending how soft and how you use the pen, this is awesome for the price and quality! Will repurchase.
