The media could not be loaded.  Having a strong grip is essential not only for athletes and fitness enthusiasts but also for everyday tasks like typing, house cleaning, raking your yard and so many other things!! I was having a lot of pain in my thumb from typing all day and using a mouse. I work all day at a desk and then come home and am on a computer all night with my 2nd job. My doctor suggested that I get some finger grip strength trainers. He said they would help improve my hand and finger strength, its flexibility and after some time my hands overall performance and strength. They are small and lightweight which is nice because I can use them at home and at work, which is super convenient. They also have adjustable resistance levels so I can do targeted exercises if I want to just work on certain strengthening exercises. Great item and just what the doctor ordered!!

Excellent product and service

I bought this for my daughter who doesn't have the greatest hand strength due to mild CP and right side weakness from stroke she suffered en utero. So much therapy as a child and you can't really tell if you didn't know. As an adult her hands are very tiny and these are just too large. She just asked me if there was a smaller size because they're too big, so I'm not sure they can be returned anymore, and if there's a smaller size I can find her. She loved the concept and was excited to use them, so I hope I can find a smaller size. I'm going to still give it 4 stars because it really is a good product, just not for her size hands.

I got these to help strengthen my hands as I work on a computer all day and carpal tunnel is a real thing. I tried using them for a week or so and didn't get any stretch out of them. then kept falling off my fingers and when I tried to position them better it just didn't do much for me.

Does not fit regular size American hand. Finger holes way too small and would not fit on multiple gym friends' fingers. Universal fit not as advertised. Do not recommend this product due to small size.

I ordered these for my husband to use while he is waiting to go back to the gym. He said they were great but a lot harder than he was expecting. So if you are looking for something to use while you work and are ready for the harder stuff this is for you. lol

She found it too complicated to use, so I guess check out some other reviews and see if that is a running theme.

have had mine for months now using them every other day and still have not snapped on me. If you use this for an hour everyday on each arm i can tell you will see a difference over time
